Established in 1977, the Assiniboia Gallery showcases contemporary and traditional works of art by established and emerging visual artists from across Canada. The gallery's selection includes original watercolour, oil, and acrylic paintings as well as encaustic works (made using hot wax painting and coloured pigments), sterling silver jewellery, blown glass, ceramics, sculpture and photography. Artwork is exhibited in group and solo shows throughout the year.
Located in an extensively renovated and expanded circa 1905 house, the gallery is within easy walking distance of Regina's downtown hotels, shops and restaurants. It features over 2,000 square feet of exhibition space on the main floor and a full service, professional framing department on the lower level.

On April 4, 2013, Slate Fine Art Gallery opened in Regina’s Heritage neighbourhood and relocated in 2019 to Regina’s Cathedral Neighbourhood. The bright and spacious new gallery still offers monthly exhibitions from their roster of iconic Canadian artists such as Joe Fafard, Victor Cicansky and David Thauberger, internationally known artists like Michael Hosaluk and Zachari Logan and still work hard to promote a new generation of Saskatchewan artists such as Katherine Boyer, Greg Allen and Maia Stark. Slate Gallery’s mandate is to be connected with their community as a whole which has lead to the gallery hosting music events, book launches and film screenings for local artists. Showcasing the many talented artists, both emerging and established, that Saskatchewan has to offer has given Slate a national reputation as a prime source for contemporary Prairie art.

In May of 2018, the Hansen-Ross House opened as a gallery and studio space showcasing the works of emerging and established Saskatchewan artists. The historic building had been original home to the Saskatchewan Arts Board and then later to the renowned Hansen-Ross Pottery for 45 years. A revolving selection of work by potters Folmer Hansen and David Ross is on display.
Studio space and accommodations are available to artists, writers and musicians on a short or long term basis. Various workshops are offered throughout the year. The Hansen-Ross House gallery is a comfortable space to view and purchase artists works in textile art, pottery, paintings, wood art and up-cycled jewelry.

The Lobby Gallery, opened in 2017, is a unique gallery in Regina involving a partnership between Theatre Regina, the Regina Art Collective, and the Sâkêwêwak Artists' Collective. Together the partners transformed the reception area of the Regina Performing Arts Centre into an art gallery and provide a series of shows year-round covering a wide range of themes. The Lobby Gallery is open to the public five days a week and introduces art to the thousands of patrons who attend performances in the Centre’s theatre throughout the year.

The Gallery / art placement inc. is a commercial fine art gallery located in downtown Saskatoon. Established in 1978, it is now the longest operating commercial art gallery in the city. Focusing primarily on painting, drawing, and sculpture, the gallery showcases contemporary and historical fine art by mid-career and established Saskatchewan and Western Canadian artists. In addition to our membership in SaskGalleries, we are also proud members of the Art Dealers Association of Canada (ADAC). What is apparent at The Hand Wave Gallery is owner June Jacobs's enthusiasm about the quality of art objects made by Saskatchewan artists. It continues its 36-year history of serving art patrons and tourists by presenting the work of 50 Saskatchewan artisans in its retail operation and in gallery exhibitions from May through December. They represent all media, including the clay work of Anita Rocamora, and fibre work that features June's apparel and sculpture.

On the Avenue Art Gallery, located on Treaty 6 lands in Prince Albert, is a diverse collection of more than 45 local and northern artists within various mediums. Their artists include painters, potters, carvers, wood turners, sculptors, and artists that do metal art, birch bark biting, caribou tufting, and beading. Within the gallery there is space for artists or local art groups to hold monthly shows and offer many classes in traditional art mediums, such as beading and tufting and more.
